Lived experience, dreams, nature, and universal themes inspire my creativity. I explore the connections between these ideas through both writing and visual art.
My materials include pencils, paint, sand, fabric, paper scraps, plastic, found objects, and all sorts of “rubbish.” Photography also plays an important part in my practice.
Since 2005, writing has been at the heart of my work. I am the author of poetry, prose, and nonfiction.
I have Tipperary-Limerick roots, and I continue to live and create in the Munster region of Ireland.
