Last Friday I received an email that made me smile. A piece of my prose writing has been selected for inclusion in Unapologetic.
The theme for Issue 5 is ‘Why our humanity matters‘. The magazine’s editors believe that human creativity is under threat. Concerned about the “visible presence of AI in society” and how it continues to influence storytelling, Unaplogetic called for texts that “capture the essence of what it means to be human.”
As a creative practitioner who chooses to work with analogue materials, the open call appealed to me on a few levels. More news next month.
