Delivery & returns
Orders usually arrive within 3–10 days. International shipments may be subject to customs checks or local fees, which are are set within your country and are outside my control.
There are no refunds. If an order is returned to me as undelivered, I can resend it to you once the new delivery fee has been paid.
It has never happened, but if an order arrives damaged, please photograph it while it’s still in the packaging. Then contact the postal service or courier. Once items leave my care, responsibility rests with the delivery service.
Protection of the work
Each book and piece of art is wrapped in multiple layers of recycled materials to keep them safe during transit. I do all I can to ensure your purchase arrives in pristine condition.
Paying a deposit on art
A deposit secures your artwork for up to 7 weeks. Art will be delivered after the remaining balance has been paid in full.
If full payment isn’t received within the timeframe, the purchase will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable.
Commissions
Commission requests considered. Start the conversation by telling me what you have in mind, and your budget. If we agree on a contract for services, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required before work commences on the painting.
