Art orders and books usually arrive within 3–10 days.
Each item is wrapped in multiple layers of recycled materials to keep it safe during transit.
International shipments may be subject to customs checks or local fees, which are are set within your country and are outside my control.
I do my best to ensure your purchase arrives in pristine condition. If an order is returned to me as undelivered, I can resend it to after you pay the new delivery fee.
It has never happened, but if an order arrives damaged, please photograph it while it’s still in the packaging. Then contact the postal service or courier. Once items leave my care, responsibility rests with the delivery service.
There are no refunds.

I retain the right to request additional shipping funds if the price to ship priority mail is significantly higher than what is quoted on the site. If that happens, I will contact you by email to find a solution.
