About me

A photo of me in black and whitel Text reads 'About me' in pink letters.

Based in Ireland’s Munster region, I write from lived experience and engage with universal themes. Vivid dreams also inspire the work.

My poetry and nonfiction appear in journals, media outlets, anthologies, and online. Alongside writing, I paint and create with natural materials.

After two decades in social arts practice, I studied sociology at postgraduate level with the University of Limerick.

Spring 2026

My current focus is on sharing poetry through live readings and developing new projects. I am mesmerised by hares.

My photo of a hare, probably 2-3 months old. Long ears alert, the hare is sitting still on grass.
