Foinse exhibition and talks, Tralee.

September 16, 2026

Waves on the surface of the sea.

Foinse began in the Winter of 2024. A vivid dream about a whale filled me with awe, and two weeks later, when a humpback appeared in the Shannon estuary near my home, I felt compelled to start a new project.

I am delighted to announce that the project will be shown in Tralee, Co. Kerry from December 5th-13th, 2026. I’ll also give some group talks.

Waves rolling across the sea. An orange rectangle at the centre displays text: 'Foinse. Stories in words and images.'

Pronounced Fween-sheh, Foinse is the Irish word for ‘source’.

To receive an invitation closer to Foinse closer the time, or if you want to request a talk for your group, contact me below.

I will respond on October 10th. Thanks for your patience.

Message sent, thanks.

If the spelling of your email is correct, I’ll reply to you in October. For now, put December 5th in your diary: Foinse will be open to the public then.
